• The Balancing Rod that we manufacture is most precisely design to satisfy the requirements of our clients. We use the best quality of steel as a raw material ( IS 3074 : 2005 ) to manufacture this balancing rod to increase its efficiency.
• The special features of Balancing rod is its length of I-Bolt which having 60 mm & pipe internal threads upto 40 mm to better adjust & easily fitment in vehicle. We used thickness of Pipe 3.0 mm & bush thickness of I-bolt 3.5 mm.
• The Balancing Rod having one side thread LH & an other side RH for better adjustment in E-Rickshaw during fitment. We manufacture of all sizes Balancing Rod 8”, 9” , 10” , 11” , 12” 16”

• The brake pedal is the pedal that you press with your foot in order to make a vehicle go slower or stop.
• When the driver puts his foot on the brake pedal,the system automatically applies the optimum pressure required to avoid hitting in front.
• The pedal brake act as switch for the driver to stop the vehicle and it is a critical part of vehicle.
• We used material as per IS 3074 : 2005 for pipe & Pedal HR grade

The Kamani Jhula is a part of the suspension system of an E- Rickshaw. It is used to connect the leaf Spring to the axel. The kamani Jhula having high tensile bolt grade 8.8

The Front axle used for joining Transmission and driving in balance manner. It is highly durable due to its excellant strength and optimum performance. We maintain outer dia with in 15 -0.05 / -0.01 mm.
